Tanglewood are pleased to be associated with Tommy Emmanuel, on the evening of Wed 24 May 2006, when in conjunction with Strings 'N' Things of Bridgwater, (who organised the whole event) they donated one of their Indiana TW28STR-DLX, solid top acoustics, for the evenings raffle prize, with the proceeds going to Brainwave, a charity for brain damaged children. The evening was a great success, not least to the quite extrordanary guitar skillls of Tommy.

Everyone present was visibly gob-smacked at the playing ability of Tommy, who has been voted in the top 3 acoustic guitar players OF ALL TIME!!

We were present at the evening, and in our humble opinion, Tommy has been underated! He should be number 1!

At the end of the evening, he came out to the main bar area, (where all the Tanglewood guitars were on display for the public to look at and play) and happily signed autographs and cd's and dvd's for his fans.

For those present, it will be remembered as one of the greatest musical feasts of their lives, and we are all looking forward to being involved and seeing Tommy play again.
